OCEANFRONT: FEATURING A DIRECT VIEW OF THE OCEAN

• Penthouse: A five room, two-bath apartment on the 12th floor of the Tides Building. Three rooms are bedrooms, each with two double beds. The other rooms are living room/dining room combination and a kitchen. The Penthouse has a spacious private balcony and is equipped with a dishwasher, washer and a dryer.
• Large Family Suite: A three room, two-bath suite located on the 6th floor of the Spray Building. Two rooms are bedrooms-one with two double beds and one with a king size bed. The third room is a living room/kitchen combination with a sleeper sofa.
• Sandcastle Suite: A seven room apartment in the Sandcastle Building with four bedrooms, each of which has its own bath. Three of the bedrooms have two double beds, and one has a king size bed. The other rooms are a living room with a sleeper sofa, a kitchen and a dining room. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. The Sandcastle Suite directly overlooks an outdoor pool and sundeck, beyond which lies the beach.
• Family Suite: A two room, one bath suite located in the Spray Building with a ground floor patio or private sit down balcony. One room is a bedroom with two double beds. The other room is a living room/kitchenette combination with a pull down double wall bed.
• Jacuzzi Suite: A two-room unit located in the Spray Building. The bedroom features two double beds. The living room includes a private Jacuzzi and a small refrigerator.
• Romance Suite: A one-room unit located in the Driftwood Building with a king size bed, a Jacuzzi, sitting area, small refrigerator and breakfast nook. Double Bedroom: A one-room unit located in the Sandcastle Building with two double beds and a ground floor patio or a private sit down balcony. Equipped with microwave and refrigerator.
• King Studio: A one-room unit located in the Tides Building with a king size bed, a pull down double wall bed and a kitchenette. The King Studio has a ground floor patio or sit down balcony.
• Studio: A one-room unit located in the Tides, Spray and Sandcastle Buildings. The room features two double beds, a kitchenette and a ground floor patio or private sit down balcony.
• King Suite: A one-room unit located in the Tides Building with a king-size bed and a pull down double wall bed. This unit is equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. All three of these units are located on the 1st floor and are handicap accessible with a roll in shower.

OCEANVIEW: FEATURING A SIDE VIEW OF THE OCEAN

• Studio: A one-room unit located in the Tides, Spray and Sandcastle Buildings. The room features two double beds, a kitchenette and a ground floor patio or private sit down balcony.
• Bedroom: A one-room unit located in either the Driftwood or Sandcastle Building with two double beds and a ground floor patio or private sit down balcony. Equipped with microwave and refrigerator.

OCEANSIDE: ON THE OCEAN SIDE OF OCEAN BOULEVARD, BUT WITHOUT A VIEW OF THE OCEAN FROM INSIDE THE ACCOMMODATIONS

• Sandcastle Suite: A seven room apartment in the Sandcastle Building with four bedrooms, each of which has its own bath. Three of the bedrooms have two double beds, and one has a king size bed. The other rooms are a living room with a sleeper sofa, a kitchen and a dining room. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. The Sandcastle Suite offers a view of an indoor pool and partial view of the beach.
• Family Suite with Two Baths: A two-room suite located in the Dunes Building. One room is a bedroom with two double beds. The other room is a living room/kitchenette combination with a pull down double wall bed.
• Family Suite with One Bath: A two-room suite located in the Dunes or Oats Building. One room is a bedroom with two double beds. The other room is a living room/kitchenette combination with a double bed or a pull down double wall bed.
• Junior Family Suite: A two room, one bath suite located in the Spray Building with a ground floor patio or private standing balcony. One room is bedroom with a king size bed. The other room is a living room/kitchenette combination with a pull down double wall bed.
• Jacuzzi Suite: A two-room unit located in the Spray Building. The bedroom features a king size bed and the living room includes a private Jacuzzi, a pull down double wall bed and a small refrigerator.
• Studio: A one-room unit located in the Tides, Spray and Sandcastle Buildings. The room features two double beds, a kitchenette and a ground floor patio or private sit down balcony.
• Bedroom: A one-room unit located in either the Driftwood or Sandcastle Building with two double beds and a ground floor patio or private sit down balcony. Equipped with microwave and refrigerator.

CONFERENCE SIDE: ON THE WEST SIDE OF OCEAN BOULEVARD

• The Chestnut Cottage: a seven room free standing house with three and a half baths, located two blocks from the ocean. Five rooms are bedrooms - two with a king-size bed, two with two double beds in each, and one with a set of twin beds. The remaining rooms are a living room with a pulldown double wallbed and a kitchen with a dining area. The Chestnut Cottage is equipped with a dishwasher as well as a washer and dryer.
• The Village at Sea Mist: Conveniently located only 2 short blocks from the Ocean. The village consists of 4 beach cottages surrounding a small courtyard with grills and a wooden deck. Some cottages can sleep from 4 to 9 people, others up to as many as 15. Completely furnished with all the conveniences of home.
• Guest House: A ten room free standing house with four baths located two short blocks from the ocean. Six rooms are bedrooms one with a king size bed, two with one double bed, one with two double beds, one with one double bed and one twin bed and one with a set of bunk beds. The remaining rooms are a living room, dining room, kitchen and a screened porch. The Guest House is equipped with a dishwasher, washer and a dryer.
• 3 Bedroom Sandlapper Suite: A four room, three-bath suite located in the Sandlapper Building, two short blocks from the ocean. Three rooms are bedrooms-two with two double beds and one with a king-size bed. The fourth room is a large kitchen/living room combination. The 3 Bedroom Sandlapper Suite is furnished with a dishwasher.
• Large Family Suite: A three room, two-bath suite located in the Palms Building and overlooking the Sea Mist Water Park. Two rooms are bedrooms with two double beds. The third room is a living room/kitchenette combination. The Large Family Suite provides a private sit down balcony.
• Yaupon Townhouse: Four room, two-bath apartment laid out over two stories. The upstairs includes two bedrooms, one with two double beds and one with one double bed and one bath. The downstairs includes a living room with a pull down wall bed, a kitchen and a bath. A dishwasher is included.
• Guest Villa: A nine room, two story, freestanding house with four baths (two on each floor) located two short blocks from the ocean. Each of the seven bedrooms contains one double bed. Three bedrooms are upstairs and four are downstairs. The remaining rooms are a kitchen, living/dining room combination with a pull-down double wall bed. The Guest Villa is equipped with a dishwasher, washer and a dryer.
• Sandfiddler Larger Suite: A five room, three-bath suite located a short block and a half from the ocean. Three rooms are bedrooms-two with a king size bed and one with two double beds. The fourth room is a spacious living room with a pull-down double wall bed. The fifth room is a kitchen with a dining area. The Sandfiddler Suite is furnished with a dishwasher, washer and a dryer.
• Sandlapper Suite: A three room, two-bath suite in the Sandlapper Building, two short blocks from the ocean. One room is a bedroom with two double beds. The second room is a living /dining area with a pull down double wall bed. The third room is a kitchen includes a dishwasher.
• Sandy Knoll Suite: A three room two-bath suite located in the Sandy Knoll Building, a short block and a half from the ocean. Two rooms are bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a pair of twin beds. The third room is a living room/dining room/kitchenette combination with a pull down double wall bed. The Sandy Knoll Suite includes a dishwasher.
• Family Suite: A two room, two-bath suite is located in the Jewel Building. One room is a bedroom with two double beds. The second room is a living room/kitchenette combination with a double bed or a pull down double wall bed.
• Junior Family Suite: A two-room suite located in the Sands Building. One room is a bedroom with a king size bed. The second room is a living room/kitchenette combination with a pull down double wall bed.
• Studio: A one-room unit with two double beds and a kitchenette.
• Junior Studio: A one room unit located in the Jewel Building, providing one double bed and a kitchenette.
• Double Bedroom: A one-room unit located in either the Jewel or the Sands Building, with two double beds.
• King Bedroom: A one-room unit located on the second floor of the Jewel Building providing one king-size bed.
• Bedroom: A one-room unit with one double bed. Rooms are above the first floor and not accessible by elevator.
